BINAURAL NODAR IS A MEMBER OF CULTURE ACTION EUROPE

Binaural Nodar has just joined Culture Action Europe, building on its active involvement in European projects since 2012, which has allowed it, over the years, to be an active participant in discussion forums on European cultural policies, alongside dozens of other cultural organizations from across Europe.

Culture Action Europe (CAE) is the largest European network of organizations, artists, activists, and policymakers, serving as the primary hub for debate on art and cultural policy in the European Union. Its core mission is to place culture at the center of public debate and decision-making, advocating for the intrinsic value of culture, artistic freedom, and access to culture as a fundamental right for sustainable and inclusive societies.

As the only intersectional network, CAE brings together diverse sectors, ranging from the performing arts, visual arts, sound arts, and literature to community arts centers, promoting cooperation and exchange among its members. The organization works to promote public investment in culture, producing essential reports such as the “State of Culture Report,” which analyzes the role of the arts in the resilience and transformation of European societies.

Binaural Nodar is a cultural organization supported by the Portuguese Republic—Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports—Directorate-General for the Arts.
