Luís Costa, coordinator of Binaural Nodar and Rede Tramontana and PhD student in artistic creation at the University of Aveiro and the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha (Portugal), will be a guest lecturer in a masterclass on Sustainable and Regenerative Tourism, coordinated by anthropologist Gianfranco Spitilli. Luís Costa will have the opportunity to develop both the Binaural Nodar intervention methodology and the conceptual and practical framework underlying his doctoral research: multimodal and multisensory creations relating to rural areas in Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

This masterclass is part of the School of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Tourism Management in Calascio (Abruzzo), a tourism innovation laboratory, which includes a 56-day program with seminars and events aimed at managers, researchers, young people, and professionals in the sector.

The training aims to develop multidisciplinary skills for the management of integrated tourism products, the enhancement of local heritage, and the promotion of inclusive and sustainable tourism practices, in line with the objectives of Agenda 2030.
