Paraduça (Calde, Viseu)
An initiative of the Paraduça Social, Cultural, Sports and Recreational Association in collaboration with the Calde Civil Parish, the Municipality of Viseu (Viseu Cultura) and Binaural Nodar, part of the European project Réseau Tramontana funded by the Creative Europe program.
Last Saturday, the Pisão Sound Walk took place, during which many participants were able to follow an interpretive trail from the village of Paraduça to the Vouga River, as well as listen to and record the surrounding soundscape and the workings of the pisão (fulling mill) restored by the association, where fabrics were made from burel wool. The walk ended with a social gathering hosted by the local community.
