We announce that, starting today, April 18th, 2020, International Day for Monuments and Sites, the Memory on Wheels Digital Archive , a project by Binaural Nodar in collaboration with the Municipality of Castro Daire, through its municipal library is online.
This archive constitutes a thematic repository of recordings made in various villages in the municipality of Castro Daire, and in the municipal library itself, being in the perspective of Binaural Nodar, a sub-archive of its Binaural Nodar Digital Archive, a repository with almost 800 ethnographic collections, life stories, soundscapes and artistic creations related to the Portuguese rural territory of the Intermunicipal Community Viseu Dão Lafões.
