BINAURAL NODAR DEVELOPES NEW MUSEUM SPACE
The Santa Maria de Cabril Folk Group’s Space for Lived experiences and History

Last Saturday saw the inauguration of the ‘The Santa Maria de Cabril Folk Group’s Space for Lived experiences and History’, as part of the celebrations for the 50+5 years of the Santa Maria de Cabril Folk Group, where Binaural Nodar collaborated in the design of the content and graphic elements included in this new museum space in Cabril.
This space aims to commemorate and preserve the ethnographic and musicological memory of the group, and features a timeline (1970 – 2025), a map with points where the group has performed around the world, a panel with the names of all members and former members of the group, panels dedicated to its history and ethnography, its musical heritage, local dances and costumes.
The event was attended by several entities, including the Mayor of Castro Daire, Dr. Paulo Almeida, and the President of the Municipal Assembly, Eng. Eulália Teixeira.
