I HEAR, I REMEMBER AND I FEEL
Sound educational project

Civil Parish Union of Merelim São Paio, Panóias and Parada de Tibães (Braga)

Between April 14th and 17th, Binaural Nodar developed the sound education project “I Hear, I Remember, I Feel,” part of the Trajetos Comunicantes cycle of Braga 25 – Portuguese Capital of Culture, with support from the Municipality of Braga, the UF of Merelim São Paio, Panóias and Parada de Tibães, the CECS – Center for Communication and Society Studies, the Audire project, and the Braga Urban Transport Company (TUB).

The project challenged children between the ages of 7th and 11th to listen to and record the landscape, activities and voices of some areas of their own territory, expressing in parallel part of their world of memories, games and impressions of what they heard and saw. The final piece will be included in the listening program of some TUB bus lines.
