Geographies of rural chanting by the group “As Vozes de Manhouce” with Isabel Silvestre is a CD produced by Binaural Nodar as part of its long ethnographic and ethnomusicological research carried out in Manhouce since 2012 within the framework of the Tramontana Network – European Network of Rural Memory Archives, having  an introduction text by the renowned ethnomusicologist Rosário Pestana from the University of Aveiro.

This publication also celebrates the eighty years of the national promotion of both folklore and polyphonic singing with three voices of Manhouce, an emblematic village located in the Arada Mountains that was granted in 1938 the second prize in the competition for the most culturally authentic Portuguese village.
