Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La  Scatola&#8221; \u00e9 um projecto transdisciplinar da autoria de Rui Costa e  Manuela Barile, o qual explora a no\u00e7\u00e3o de confinamento em m\u00faltiplas  abordagens e trabalha sobre a zona de fronteira entre o \u201ceu\u201d e o mundo  exterior. Este projecto integra-se numa linguagem assumidamente  &#8220;intermedia&#8221; e parte de uma ideia, de um dispositivo narrativo, que  designamos por \u2018&#8221;La Scatola&#8221; (&#8220;a caixa&#8221;, em Portugu\u00eas), o qual  representa um espa\u00e7o difuso entre o &#8220;dentro&#8221; e o &#8220;fora&#8221;, entre o &#8220;eu&#8221; e o  &#8220;outro\u2019&#8221; no qual est\u00e3o presentes m\u00faltiplas linhas de for\u00e7a de sentido  contr\u00e1rio: manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es sensoriais do corpo encarcerado \/ corpo  protegido, vis\u00f5es distorcidas do mundo exterior, ansiedade, desejos,  mem\u00f3rias.<\/p>\n<p>Estas  linhas de for\u00e7a s\u00e3o encaradas em termos puramente espaciais (\u201czona  interdita\u201d, \u201cabismo\u201d, \u201cbarreira\u201d) mas tamb\u00e9m em termos de \u201cfluxos  energ\u00e9ticos\u201d bidireccionais criados pela projec\u00e7\u00e3o sensorial e emocional  no mundo exterior da individualidade encarcerada (dor, desejo,  resist\u00eancia, impot\u00eancia, etc.) e da representa\u00e7\u00e3o (idealizada,  distorcida, difusa) desse mundo na mente e corpo do indiv\u00edduo  encalusurado.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o  convocadas em &#8220;La Scatola&#8221;, nomeadamente para o trabalho de  mise-en-sc\u00e8ne das performances, uma s\u00e9rie de imagens e associa\u00e7\u00f5es  conexas a narrativas de confinamento (de inf\u00e2ncia, velhice, casa,  viagem, mem\u00f3ria, etc.), algumas delas com poss\u00edveis reminisc\u00eancias  pessoais, alargando assim a ontologia poss\u00edvel para o dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.  Metodologia de trabalho<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os  diversos dispositivos a utilizar no projecto s\u00e3o organizados de forma a  criarem situa\u00e7\u00f5es de apar\u00eancia enigm\u00e1tica, entre o familiar e o  estranho, o vizinho e o distante. As imagens ou os objectos usados, na  sua simplicidade e depura\u00e7\u00e3o, transformam-se num espelho capaz de fazer  confrontar o espectador com as suas pr\u00f3prias mem\u00f3rias e a sua  experi\u00eancia individual. Este processo de depura\u00e7\u00e3o tem o objectivo n\u00e3o  de limpar mas de abrir possibilidades metaf\u00f3ricas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o meras  ilustra\u00e7\u00f5es. Abre-se para absorver o maior n\u00famero de leituras poss\u00edvel, o  maior n\u00famero de associa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Em \u201cLa  Scatola\u201d os processos de interactividade e de transcodifica\u00e7\u00e3o inerente \u00e0  transmiss\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o entre os diferentes media utilizados (numa  acep\u00e7\u00e3o alargada, incluindo media tecnol\u00f3gicos e expressividade  performativa), s\u00e3o deliberadamente levados a cabo de forma controlada,  procurando n\u00e3o abafar a emotividade e a simplicidade desejadas,  potenciando assim a capacidade de \u201crevela\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d dos elementos em jogo nas  instala\u00e7\u00f5es \/ performances.<\/p>\n<p>Por  outro lado, nas v\u00e1rias performances, n\u00e3o obstante um trabalho exaustivo  de encena\u00e7\u00e3o das diversas &#8220;situa\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221; a criar, os artistas convocam  elementos de espontaneidade, reduzindo a &#8220;mente art\u00edstica intencional&#8221;  ao justo necess\u00e1rio, a um fio condutor n\u00e3o excessivamente carregado de  refer\u00eancias e de codifica\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e9ticas, atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de  t\u00e9cnicas de improvisa\u00e7\u00e3o para se chegar a uma &#8220;performatividade  natural&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa  Scatola\u201d envolve diferentes fases de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, aliando  dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos e express\u00e3o art\u00edstica de car\u00e1cter  performativo. N\u00e3o se pretendeu criar \/ incorporar separadamente  objectos, imagem, som e movimento, mas sim pensar as suas rela\u00e7\u00f5es  rec\u00edprocas poss\u00edveis de forma cont\u00ednua e indissoci\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.  Formatos de Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O  projecto \u201cLa Scatola\u201d \u00e9 apresentado na forma de instala\u00e7\u00e3o-performance,  em espa\u00e7os expositivos ou galerias, ou no caso das resid\u00eancias  art\u00edsticas planeadas, em contexto site-specific (casa abandonada \/  exterior \/ zonas interm\u00e9dias entre o interior e exterior, etc.). Foi  tamb\u00e9m concebida uma vers\u00e3o do projecto destinada ao formato de  &#8220;concerto&#8221;, na qual alguns elementos em jogo ser\u00e3o utilizados de forma  simplificada, n\u00e3o comprometendo no entanto o car\u00e1cter &#8220;intermedia&#8221;  dessas apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>As  diversas metamorfoses poss\u00edveis foram recombinadas \/ repensadas em  fun\u00e7\u00e3o das colabora\u00e7\u00f5es e dos espa\u00e7os concretos a utilizar. O n\u00famero de  metamorfoses presentes em cada instala\u00e7\u00e3o, depender\u00e1, entre outras  vari\u00e1veis, da dimens\u00e3o dos espa\u00e7os expositivos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
