Binaural Nodar, the Vouzela Municipality and the Parish of Cambra e Carvalhal de Vermilhas announce that the fifth edition of the OCUPAI Festival \u2013 Iberian Art and Action Festival will take place this year at the Parque de Lazer do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Cambra de Baixo, on June 22 and 23.<\/p>\n

The OCUPAI Festival is a festival of closeness between artists, audiences, landscape and culture, aiming to bring together traditional and contemporary expressions from both sides of the border (the Centre and North regions of Portugal and the Spanish regions of Galicia, Asturias and Castilla y Le\u00f3n), proposing the discovery, sharing and reinvention of the rich intangible heritage of these neighbouring and friendly regions.<\/p>\n

The festival programme will be announced next week, and registrations are already open for exhibitors of crafts, sweets, regional products and traditions, which should be made by phone at 232 723 160, by email to diana.silva@binauralmedia.org, or in person at Espa\u00e7o Laf\u00f5es.Cult.Lab, Rua do Seixo n\u00ba 5, in Vouzela (Monday to Friday, 9:30am\u20131pm and 2pm\u20135:30pm).<\/p>\n
