Through a series of multi-sensory ethnographic interviews, it will be possible to learn about family life, sounds, colours, traditional cuisine and the transformations that accompanied the move to Portugal, notably the incorporation of elements of Portuguese cuisine, perhaps creating new eating habits.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, two gastronomic events will be held, on dates to be announced, during which it will be possible to learn about the preparation methods and sample some of the most iconic dishes from different parts of Ukraine.
