Through photography and sound, the artist seeks to re-live the memory in mind, something impossible due to the inevitable constant of reinterpretation. A person never wears the same clothes the same way twice, never watches a movie the same way twice, never irons the same way twice&#8230; and so on. It is not possible to repeat an action without the memory of the previous experience. Layer after layer, the experience changes, even if it is millimetrically, and we could say that the definitive executioner would be the new technologies, through photography or video, which makes it more interesting to approach different eras, when these tools were not so easily available. Ana Margarida Ferreira thus seeks to take the viewer on a search without return, the search for the initial\/factual layer of memory.<\/p>\n<p>Ana Margarida Ferreira is a young contemporary artist with family roots in the village of Nogueira de C\u00f4ta, in the municipality of Viseu, who\u2019s also attending the second year of the Master in Contemporary Artistic Creation at the University of Aveiro, within the scope of which she carries out an internship with Binaural Nodar.
