The president of Binaural\/Nodar Lu\u00eds Costa will present a multimedia lecture of its different strands of activity: contemporary artistic creation, educational projects in soundscapes, publications of books and CDs and anthropological and ethnomusicological documentation of rural areas.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is co-funded by the National Rural Network Programme, under the project &#8220;Discovering the Rural World&#8221; held in partnership with the ANIMAR &#8211; Portuguese Association for Rural Development &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The presentation aims at creating a social gathering for the dissemination of practices for rural development in rural areas, which can favour the rehabilitation of territories, thus promoting the involvement of local people in their own development processes.
